Physical:
Can the heart be a pure thing?
Can the heart be a bad thing?
Thought:
Lets say your living in sin,
would you change the way you did things?
or
would you change your heart?
Can a change truly occur if your heart is not ready to change?
Going day by day and hearing stories of friends, i start saying change the heart to a God centered life, its not hard. you can't live life if you haven't given or changed your life to the life creator.
as i say all of that, i'm in a constant battle continuing to change my heart to a God centered life everyday.
no matter how your treated, whether you are ignored, mistreated, yelled at, laughed at, etc. know that God wants to be there to hold you.
change your heart to a heart that glorify's God.
If you do.....
You will start seeing things about you that you didn't know about yourself, other peoples personalities, and Gods will.

I agree. Change is a hard thing in life but if we are willing to change our hearts living to glorify God than we will see change. We will see the change we want to see in the world and see what God is doing in our lives and others around us. God is in constant work in our lives and amazingly on our hearts. He will provide if we are able and willing to leave Him in control.
